As a Business-to-Business (B2B) Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all merchant communication strategies, ensuring clear, impactful, and timely messaging. You will work closely with internal teams (and contractors) to craft engaging content, manage proactive and reactive communications, and drive product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Merchant Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a structured communication plan for SME merchants, including product updates, campaigns, and support initiatives.

Proactive and Reactive Communication: Manage communication with merchants, address key issues or concerns, and ensure transparent messaging.

Product Marketing Implementation: Work closely with product teams to ensure a clear and effective definition of Tamara’s offerings.

Content Development and Management: Create engaging B2B content, including newsletters, FAQs, and training materials to enhance merchant engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, growth, and product teams to deliver unified messaging and impactful campaigns.

Who Are You?
Experience in B2B communications, content marketing, or product marketing within the fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors. Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Ability to craft clear and persuasive messages tailored to diverse market segments.

Proficiency in content creation tools and marketing automation platforms (such as Clevertap) is a plus.
